Duties
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on workers' compensation law.
- Interact directly with clients and build professional relationships.
- Handle depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
Requirements
- 0 to 5+ years of legal experience.
- Knowledge of administrative laws and procedures.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Effective collaboration with corporate professionals.
- Commitment to high performance standards.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active Missouri law license or eligibility to become licensed.
