Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Assess new files to establish action plans, budgets, and recommendations.
• Manage discovery, including document production and responses.
• Attend depositions, hearings, and discovery events.
• Negotiate settlements and prepare for trial.
• Collaborate with and delegate tasks to paralegals and legal assistants.
