Duties
- Handle day-to-day cases and hearings.
- Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions.
- Guide clients through the case process.
- Interact with expert witnesses and draft reports.
- Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
Requirements
- Law degree from an accredited law school.
- Active member in good standing with the FL State Bar Association.
- Ability to manage a high volume of cases and hearings.
- Excellent client service and communication skills.
- Self-starter driven by long-term career goals.
- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Member of the Florida State Bar Association.
