Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Workers' Compensation cases from inception through resolution.
  • Provide legal advice to clients regarding their claims and rights.
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategy and outcomes.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
  • Represent clients at hearings and other legal proceedings.
  • Negotiate settlements and evaluate permanent disability ratings.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop and execute case strategies.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure they are informed throughout the process.
Qualifications :
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
  • Demonstrated experience in Workers' Compensation law.
  • Strong understanding of Workers' Compensation regulations and the Labor Code.
  • Proven ability to conduct legal research and provide sound legal advice.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience handling settlements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $140,000 - $175,000, depending on experience.
Location:
Full-time hybrid role based in either the Ontario, CA or Los Angeles, CA office, with work-from-home flexibility.
