Workers' Compensation Analyst

Working from home full-time, the Workers' Compensation Analyst will manage the administration, processing, and coordination of Workers' Compensation claims, including claim investigations and compliance with OSHA regulations. Key responsibilities: Completes detailed investigations of Workers' Compensation claims and advises on acceptance or contestation Monitors employee use of paid time off and ensures accurate payment in collaboration with the Payroll Department Maintains OSHA 300 Log and attends Workers' Compensation hearings as necessary Required qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required Experience with OSHA regulations and Workers' Compensation processes preferred Ability to gather and analyze data effectively Familiarity with medical records and payroll documentation processes
