Supporting the corporate Safety team, the contract Workers Compensation Analyst will administer and coordinate the workers' compensation program remotely across nationwide distribution centers. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and operational support for workers' compensation programs and claims Ensure timely claim reporting and accurate documentation by local teams Support claim monitoring, stakeholder communication, and coordination with insurance carriers and TPAs Required Qualifications 5 years of experience in workers' compensation, safety, HR, risk management, or a related function Knowledge of workers' compensation claims processes, incident reporting, and return-to-work programs Experience working with insurance carriers, TPAs, or claims partners Knowledge of OSHA recordkeeping and safety-related claims management Background in distribution, manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics environments
