Workers Compensation Analyst

Support the corporate Safety team by administering and coordinating the workers’ compensation program across nationwide distribution centers.

This is a 5 days onsite role in the Southwest Suburbs of Chicago near Lockport

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support for workers’ compensation programs and claims.
• Ensure timely claim reporting and accurate documentation by local teams.
• Support claim monitoring, stakeholder communication, and coordination with insurance carriers and TPAs.
• Develop and distribute workers’ compensation reports and program metrics.
• Assist with return-to-work and light-duty programs.
• Identify process improvements and support regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in workers’ compensation, safety, HR, risk management, or a related function.
• Knowledge of workers’ compensation claims processes, incident reporting, and return-to-work programs.
• Experience working with insurance carriers, TPAs, or claims partners.
• Knowledge of OSHA recordkeeping and safety-related claims management. xhqgsiq
• Background in distribution, manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics environments.
