Attorneys Wanted

A well-established and well-respected firm in Florida is seeking to add attorneys to their Workers Compensation practice.

Represent the firm's insurance company clients and their insureds, and corporate clients, in all facets of civil litigation. Manage cases independently and as a part of the case team.

Requirements:

• J.D. from an accredited law school; a member in good standing of the Florida Bar
• Strong drafting skills
• Highly team-oriented
• 3+ years of Workers Compensation experience

Responsibilities include:

• Case management
• Drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents
• Corresponding with clients and opposing counsel
• Preparing for and attending depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
