Driving enterprise-wide optimization of the Workday platform, the full-time remote Workday User Experience Analyst will enhance user experience, maintain the Workday Knowledge Base, and provide user support for Finance-related functions. Key responsibilities Participate in initiatives to improve Workday usability and performance across HCM, Payroll, and Finance modules Serve as the primary escalation point for complex system issues related to Workday Finance functions Develop and maintain self-help resources and knowledge base content in collaboration with the Knowledge Manager Required qualifications Bachelor's degree Minimum of 4 years in a systems analyst, operations, or support role with increasing responsibility in HR, Payroll, or Finance systems Expert-level knowledge of Workday Finance modules Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders Preferred certification: Workday Pro or equivalent advanced certification
