Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking an IT Application Specialist - Workday to join their team. As an IT Application Specialist - Workday, you will be part of the IT department supporting the Workday ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

Build and support Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.

Coordinate system changes, upgrades, and deployments in the Workday environment.

Develop functional and technical documentation for integrations and system processes.

Collaborate with business partners, vendors, and IT teams to ensure seamless system operations.

Analyze customer needs and current systems to identify opportunities for process improvements.
What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Data Analysis, or related fields.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience working with Workday Studio and integrations.

Experience developing and supporting Workday Studio and EIB integrations.

Familiarity with Workday Prism Analytics and the broader Workday ecosystem.

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
