Workday Studio Sr. Developer or ArchitectParadox Implementation Roles & Responsibilities:Design, develop, test, and deploy complex integrations using Workday StudioDevelop and maintain integrations using: Core Connectors (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, etc.), EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Workday Web Services (WWS), Workday APIs (REST/SOAP)Build inbound and outbound integrations with third-party vendorsCreate and maintain calculated fields, custom reports, and integration system securityPerform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT cyclesTroubleshoot and resolve integration issues in productionManage integration migration across tenants (Sandbox, Implementation, Production)Work closely with functional consultants, HR, Payroll, and Finance teamsEnsure compliance with Workday security and data governance standardsProvide production support and enhancement activitiesSkills & Qualification:6+ years of experience in Workday Integration DevelopmentMinimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Workday StudioStrong knowledge of: XML, XSLT, XPath, Web Services (SOAP/REST), JSON, SFTP, PGP encryptionExperience in Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, or financial integrationsExperience with Workday security and business process frameworksStrong debugging and troubleshooting skillsUnderstanding of SDLC and Agile methodologyExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills
