Your Role & Responsibilities
- Architect and configure Workday HCM to align with organizational goals
- Lead integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems and third-party services
- Ensure platform scalability, security, and compliance with global data protection regulations
- Drive innovation and maximize ROI on Workday investments
- Guide implementations across modules: HR, Payroll, Time Tracking, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, and Talent Management
- Translate business needs into technical solutions through stakeholder collaboration
- Mentor teams, provide expert-level support, and promote platform adoption
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 10+ years of experience with Workday or comparable HR/ERP systems
- Deep expertise in Workday architecture, modules, and integrations
- Strong skills in security design, reporting, and data analytics
- Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business needs
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with global Workday deployments
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and enterprise architecture frameworks
- Exposure to Workday Extend or Prism Analytics
Education & Certifications You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Workday HCM Certification required
