Workday Solution ArchitectLocation: Atlanta, GA.Number of positions: TwoResponsibilities:Reporting to the Head of HCM practice, the Workday Solution Architect is responsible for successful Workday Implementation and go liveGuide clients through all project phases including discovery, design, configuration and testingProvide configuration insights to each client's unique business requirements and provide insight on best practicesAssist clients in fully integrating the Workday system into their existing business environmentsAdvise client on different options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systemsBe the Workday functional expert and lead clients through the entire systems development lifecycleVery efficient with time management and timely reporting progress to higher upsContinually seek ways to improve the process of delivering Workday solutionsClosely work with TCS delivery team to ensure deliverables are met on time and budgetRequired Skills:At least 2 years of Workday Implementation experience as a Solution ArchitectVery strong HCM domain skills as a functional lead in at least 3 of the following disciplines - Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Absence, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Time Tracking, RecruitmentWorkday certification is recommendedStrong experience and ability to translate business requirements to system configurationExperience in re-engineering HR business processesGood understanding of Integration conceptsOther Key skills:Ability to lead a teamAbility to facilitate workshops and to identify business requirementsAbility to manage and deliver multiple priorities in a constrained timelineProactively propose alternate solutions to the customer as and when neededExcellent Oral and written communication skillsCAN DO attitudeStrong organizational and personal skills to successfully communicate with internal and external customersSelf-driven, motivated and results orientatedStrong listening skills and solution orientated approach to sellingTravel: 25% may be required
