Workday Senior Certified Recruiting Consultant

Responsibilities

  1. Lead and/or coach team members to gather and document client business requirements, design and configure the Workday solution, develop prototype systems, assist in testing, and complete knowledge transfer to clients.
  2. Work with confidential client/data conversion team to convert legacy data into Workday.
  3. Assist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third‑party or custom solutions.
  4. Mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model and coach on product knowledge.
  5. Resolve complex tasks or requirements when other team members need support.
  6. Collaborate and communicate effectively on team‑based projects.
  7. Facilitate clients' intellectual and practical adoption of Workday best practices.

Qualifications

  • Current Workday Partner HCM and/or Recruiting certification.
  • 2–4+ years of Workday configuration and implementation experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company.
  • Experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate or similar applications.
  • Demonstrated project management experience.
  • Functional human resources experience.
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to manage against timelines and goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.
  • Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self‑training.
  • Experience deploying multiple HCM projects simultaneously (plus).
  • Expected travel +/-20% depending on project.

Location & Compensation

Location: Remote – United States
Compensation Range: $60,000 – $90,000 per year

Benefits
