To support the IT organization, the full-time remote Workday Security Developer will design, implement, maintain, and optimize the Workday security model across various modules while collaborating with HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and Compliance teams. Key Responsibilities Design, configure, and maintain Workday security for HCM, Payroll, Financials, and other modules Perform security analysis and troubleshooting for access-related issues, ensuring alignment with organizational policies Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and implement security requirements and conduct periodic security reviews Required Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on Workday Security configuration experience Strong understanding of Domain Security, Business Process Security, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) Experience supporting Workday HCM and at least one additional Workday functional area Experience supporting security audits and compliance initiatives Workday Pro Security Certification required or must be obtained within 18 months of hire date
