Leading large-scale technical initiatives, the full-time remote Workday Security Developer will design, develop, and maintain complex applications and integrations while serving as a subject matter expert and technical mentor. Key responsibilities Designs, develops, and supports complex websites, applications, and enterprise technical solutions using various web frameworks and technologies Leads application architecture, solution design, and testing activities in collaboration with technical and clinical stakeholders Mentors team members and resolves complex technical issues while establishing development standards and documentation processes Required qualifications Associate's degree in a STEM-related field or 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree Minimum of 6 years of experience in full stack development, including expertise in front-end and back-end technologies, APIs, and relational databases Must maintain at least three vendor or industry certifications relevant to the role Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities in technical environments Ability to lead complex technical initiatives and influence cross-functional decisions
