As a fully remote opportunity, the Workday Security Consultant will manage Workday security administration, access management processes, and compliance activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure secure and effective solutions across various Workday modules. Key Responsibilities: Configure and support Workday security groups, domain security policies, and business process security policies Process and fulfill Workday access requests, ensuring compliance with governance standards Perform Segregation of Duties (SoD) reviews and partner with compliance teams to address security findings Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Workday Security administration and configuration experience Experience with Workday HCM and related functional areas Knowledge of access management processes and security operations within Workday Experience supporting audits and compliance activities Ability to translate business requirements into secure Workday solutions
