Key responsibilities Develop, enhance, and maintain complex Workday financial reports, dashboards, and calculated fields Collaborate cross-functionally to gather business requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions Manage incident response and resolve technical issues related to system outages, bugs, and data errors Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum 4 years of hands-on Workday financial reporting development, configuration, and analytics Proven experience with Workday report writing, advanced reports, and dashboards Workday certification required High proficiency in Excel and experience with large, multi-source data sets
