To support the deployment of information and communication technologies, the full-time Workday Reporting Consultant will manage reporting and integration processes within the Workday Management Information System, ensuring reliable delivery and documentation while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Manage a prioritized backlog of reporting and integration tasks, confirming scope and acceptance criteria while maintaining task records Design, build, test, and optimize Workday reports and integrations, ensuring compliance with security and operational standards Provide first-line support for reporting and integration issues, coordinating with functional resources and escalating as necessary Required Qualifications University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience At least three years of hands-on experience with Workday reporting, including Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports Demonstrated understanding of the Workday data model and experience with integrations such as EIB and Core Connectors Working knowledge of XML, XSLT, and JSON; familiarity with SQL and Workday REST/SOAP is desirable Fluency in written and spoken English; knowledge of Spanish is a plus
