To support the Workday HCM team, the full-time Senior Workday Recruiting Consultant will provide consulting services for solutioning, optimizing Workday Recruiting, and ensuring successful implementation and support for various HCM modules, all while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Provide consulting services on multiple client engagements with limited direction Guide clients through design, configuration, testing, and production efforts based on their business requirements Support clients during Annual Events such as Open Enrollment and ACA as needed Required Qualifications Minimum of two years of experience as a lead Workday Recruiting Consultant at a Workday partner firm Hands-on experience with Workday Benefits certification and at least one additional Workday certification Experience independently assisting customers with Open Enrollment and ACA support Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment
