Job TitleQualification:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.Over 10+ years of experience in data conversion, migration and integrations specifically focusing on Workday Phase 0 implementations for large clients.Proven experience in leading integrations projects from start to finish.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Strong leadership and project management skills, encompassing planning, scheduling, and risk management.Experience in integrations build & coordination with all involved stakeholders.Experience with Workday implementation projects that had PeopleSoft as the legacy system is preferred.
