As a full-time remote Senior Specialist, People Systems, the successful candidate will manage Workday configurations, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and serve as a subject matter expert across Core HCM and Hire-to-Retire processes to enhance operational capabilities within the People Systems team. Key responsibilities Lead the People Systems delivery engine, providing insights and tools to support strategic partnerships Own and optimize Workday configurations and business processes to ensure system stability and scalability Utilize reporting and analytics tools to analyze workforce data and support strategic HR decisions Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in HRIS or People Systems with specialization in Workday across the full Hire-to-Retire lifecycle Hands-on mastery of Workday functional configuration, business process design, and security frameworks Proficiency in advanced Excel modeling and business intelligence tools like Power BI Experience with process re-engineering and knowledge of RPA or workflow tools (e.g., UiPath, Alteryx) Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field; Workday certifications are a plus
