To support clients with complex Workday Payroll needs, the remote Workday Payroll AMS Lead Consultant will lead client engagements, act as a subject matter expert, and troubleshoot payroll-related issues while mentoring team members. Key responsibilities Lead and support Workday Payroll client engagements within an AMS model Troubleshoot and resolve urgent or complex payroll-related issues in a timely manner Serve as a senior functional expert and escalation point for consultants, providing guidance and mentorship Required qualifications Strong experience with Workday Payroll Experience in a consulting, support, or client-facing Workday environment Ability to operate as a senior-level resource and trusted advisor Experience handling issue resolution in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
