Workday Payroll Configurator

Configuring and supporting Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence Management, the remote contract-to-hire Workday Payroll, Time & Absence Functional Configurator will enhance, test, and deploy HCM functionality while collaborating with various teams to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities Configure and maintain Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Leave Administration functionalities Perform payroll reconciliation, parallel testing, and system enhancements while providing production support and troubleshooting Collaborate with Payroll, Human Resources, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions for payroll operations and employee leave processes Required qualifications Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence Management configuration Proficiency in payroll calculations, processing rules, and business-process configuration Experience in payroll reconciliation and data validation Knowledge of SIT, UAT, regression testing, and payroll parallel testing Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
