Reporting to the HRIS leadership team, the full-time Workday Payroll Configuration Analyst will configure, support, and optimize the Workday platform with a strong emphasis on payroll operations, ensuring compliance and data integrity while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a configuration expert for the Workday Payroll module, designing and maintaining payroll calculations and compliance requirements Partner with Payroll teams to support payroll processing activities, ensuring system readiness and timely issue resolution Develop and maintain payroll reports and audit controls to support compliance and reporting requirements Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, data analytics, business administration, or a related field 8+ years of experience in Compensation, HRIS, IT, or HR technology environments supporting enterprise systems Hands-on experience with the Workday Compensation module and proficient in compensation cycles Demonstrated expertise in configuring Workday modules with a strong understanding of business process frameworks Experience with Workday reporting tools and data analysis, along with a commitment to continuous learning on Workday functionality
