To support a growing organization, the full-time remote Workday Intelligence Analyst will develop and maintain reports, configure Workday processes, and collaborate with various teams to enhance system functionality. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and distribute standard and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics Configure, maintain, test, and troubleshoot Workday business processes, security roles, and system functionality Partner with internal teams to understand business needs and recommend system solutions Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or equivalent experience At least two years of experience as an HR systems analyst or two active Workday Pro Certifications Experience supporting multiple Workday modules such as HCM, Benefits, Payroll, and Reporting/Analytics Advanced Excel skills Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to assess the impact of changes
