Working remotely as a full-time Senior Manager, the Workday Integration Lead will manage the implementation life cycle of Workday integrations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and design and maintain Workday reports to support client business needs. Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation of new Workday integrations and manage enhancements, ensuring alignment with business requirements Design, build, and maintain various Workday reports to support data validation and testing Collaborate with project teams and client leadership to identify and resolve technical challenges during the implementation process Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience supporting Workday implementations, particularly in data conversion and reporting Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and/or Financials modules Working knowledge of Workday reporting frameworks and data structures Experience in data analysis, reconciliation, and validation across multiple data sources Workday certifications in HCM, Financials, Reporting, or related areas
