Workday Integration DeveloperWe are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Developer with a strong focus on Workday Extend to design, build, and support enterprise-grade integrations and custom applications within the Workday ecosystem. This role will play a key part in developing scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that support HR, Payroll, and Financial business processes.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and REST/SOAP APIsBuild and support Workday Extend applications to deliver custom business functionality and user experiencesCollaborate with functional teams (HR, Payroll, Finance) to translate business requirements into technical solutionsDevelop API-driven integrations and data flows to connect Workday with external and third-party systemsDesign and implement data transformations using XML/XSLT and related technologiesSupport full integration lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and production supportConfigure and troubleshoot integration errors, monitor performance, and implement enhancementsEnsure data security, compliance, and adherence to enterprise integration standardsCreate and maintain technical documentation and integration designsPartner with cross-functional stakeholders and vendors on integration initiativesRequired Qualifications:5+ years of experience in Workday Integrations developmentHands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core ConnectorsREST/SOAP APIs and web servicesXML, XSLT, and data transformationRecent experience building or supporting Workday Extend applications (custom apps, workflows, UI enhancements)Strong understanding of Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Financials, or RecruitingExperience supporting the end-to-end integration lifecycleStrong troubleshooting and production support experiencePreferred Qualifications:Workday Integration or Extend certificationExperience with Workday Orchestrations and Cloud ConnectExposure to enterprise ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, etc.)Experience in regulated environments (Healthcare, Financial Services, etc.)Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologiesKey Skills:Workday Extend (custom app development & deployment)Workday Studio, EIB, Core ConnectorsREST/SOAP APIs, Web ServicesXML / XSLT / JSONIntegration architecture & designTroubleshooting & performance tuning
