Key responsibilities Own the full lifecycle of cross-platform People & Culture solutions, integrating systems like Workday and ServiceNow HRSD Spearhead the design and implementation of AI-driven HR solutions, optimizing data mapping and building automated workflows Serve as a senior subject matter expert, translating complex technical concepts into actionable business value for HR and IT executives Required qualifications 8+ years of software engineering or systems integration experience, with at least 4 years focused on Workday Integrations Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience in leveraging AI-driven solutions Demonstrated experience integrating AI tools and Large Language Models into enterprise workflows Proven ability to lead agile teams and manage vendor relationships in a high-growth environment Experience in building business cases and measuring ROI for People & Culture technology solutions
