The successful candidate will be a focused and flexible individual who can work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and act as the point of contact for assigned projects and tickets. In our dynamic environment, we all roll up our sleeves to pitch in, so each day might be a little different. In general, the job responsibilities include:Responding to incident and change requests for Workday in a BAU capacityProviding deep level analysis and consultation for potential system enhancements, new features on Workday Integration systemProficient with EIB, Security, Peci, Picof, API, Workday Studio, ReportingAssigned to change transformation projects providing analysis, consultancy and configuration changesSupport test scripts creation relevant to the change/projectResponsible for the end to end design and implementation of system enhancementsWork closely with HR and other corporate teams to lead & drive end-to-end Workday systems improvementAbility to juggle BAU requests along with transformation projectsTo be successful in this role you will need:Workday experience within a Global HR Transformation Programme or HRIS BAU capacityExperience within a HR Operations/Shared Service environmentIntegration configuration skills Proficient with EIB, Security, Peci, Picof, API, Workday Studio, ReportingConfiguration skills within core HCM functionality of Workday Business Process Configuration, Security configuration a bonusAdvanced Reporting Writer skillsBeneficial to have cross module knowledge within other areas of Workday – Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent ManagementExcellent documentation and communication skills and used to working with multiple stakeholders across a complex matrix structureStrong problem-solving skills to solve any issues within the systemWith regardsNaveen | Talent AcquisitionRootshell Enterprise Technologies
