To support the organization's HR technology ecosystem, the full-time Workday Integration Analyst will configure and optimize Workday integrations and reporting solutions, ensuring seamless data flow and actionable insights while working remotely or onsite in Houston, Texas. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and APIs Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure stability, accuracy, and timely data flow across systems Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards to support business and HR decision-making Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, data analytics, business administration, or a related field 8+ years of experience supporting HRIS, IT, or HR technology environments Workday integrations and reporting experience required Functional knowledge of Workday modules, including Recruiting, HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation Hands-on experience with Workday integration tools (EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio; APIs preferred)
