Workday HRIS Analyst
Hybrid in NYC, Houston, Dallas, Washington DC, or San Francisco
Compensation: $125-150k
- Newly created HRIS role supporting a large-scale Workday HCM implementation
- 3-5 years of Workday configuration experience required
- Organization is in the early stages of implementation and seeking someone to lead/support data conversion, migration, integrations, testing, and post-go-live optimization.
- Will partner closely with HR, IT, Finance, Payroll, and implementation consultants to ensure a successful Workday deployment.
- Strong emphasis on Workday architecture, data integrity, reporting, integrations, and process improvement.
- Collaborative, low-ego team environment with flexibility around hybrid work arrangements.
- Opportunity to play a key role in shaping the long-term HR technology strategy after implementation.
- Streamlined interview process consisting of an initial screening followed by conversations with key HR and project stakeholders.
