Leading the design and deployment of comprehensive Workday solutions, the full-time remote Workday HCM Payroll Architect will shape system architecture for HR and Payroll processes, ensuring scalability and compliance while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver optimal solutions. Key responsibilities Lead the development of scalable and secure HR/Payroll system architecture aligned with organizational goals Act as a consultant and project manager, facilitating stakeholder meetings to elicit requirements and manage project activities Optimize business processes by leveraging Workday HR/Payroll functionalities and automation capabilities Required qualifications Bachelor's degree 8+ years of progressive experience with Workday platforms, including significant expertise in Core HCM and at least two modules such as Payroll or Benefits 3+ years in a Workday architectural or lead configuration role Workday Core HCM certification preferred Workday Payroll Certification preferred
