Serving as a subject matter expert for Workday Absence and Time Tracking modules, the full-time remote Workday HCM Analyst will manage configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday HCM to ensure accurate data and efficient processes. Key responsibilities Configure and maintain Workday business processes, eligibility rules, and security roles within HCM scope Translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions while ensuring alignment with policies and data governance standards Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve user experience and data quality Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3-5+ years of experience in a Workday Analyst role Strong understanding of Workday HCM architecture and configuration principles Experience with Workday reporting, including standard and advanced reports Knowledge of HR data governance and audit considerations
