Workday HCM Analyst

Our client is a midtown non-profit looking to add a Workday HCM Analyst to the team.This is role requires you to work primarily on-site.This is a permanent role - must be local to NYC to be consideredTake the next step in your career now, scroll down to read the full role description and make your application.The organization is in the process of implementing Workday as their new ERP and this role will be vital in ensuring the implementation and maintenance of the system is successful.You will serve as a key resource supporting the design, configuration, testing, deployment and ongoing administration of Workday HCMYou will also participate in the initial Workday implementation to assist with the design, configuration and implementation of Workday HCM modules and business processesYou will support data conversion efforts into the new system and ensure configured solutions align with the organizations policies and needs

Requirements

• Experience as part of a Workday HCM implementation
• Experience with Workday HCM modules including HR, Benefits, xhqgsiq Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, and Compensation
• Experience with MS Excel including complex formulas, data validation, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and large data set analysis
• Experience gathering requirements, configuring solutions and managing multiple priorities

The budget is $110-125k base salary
