Workday Functional Consultant – Recruitment ModuleWe are seeking a seasoned Workday Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in the Recruitment module to join our remote team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Workday HCM with a focus on recruiting processes and configurations.Key Responsibilities:Lead and support the Workday Recruitment module implementation and optimization efforts.Configure and maintain job requisitions, candidate pipelines, interview workflows, and offer processes.Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT teams to gather requirements and provide scalable solutions.Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and validation of system changes.Deliver end-user training and documentation on recruiting features and enhancements.Analyze existing recruitment workflows and suggest improvements using Workday best practices.Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations during implementation.Required Skills:Overall IT Experience: 10+ Years5-8+ years of experience as a Workday Functional Consultant.Strong hands-on knowledge of Workday Recruitment/Workday Recruiting.Experience with Workday HCM Core modules is a plus.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Proven ability to lead functional workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.Workday certification (Recruiting) is a plus.
