Workday Functional AnalystTulsa, Oklahoma, United StatesSBCS has partnered with a local healthcare system who is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Workday Functional Analyst to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.As a Workday Functional Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business processes and requirements, and provide expert guidance on how to best utilize Workday to meet their needs.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday HCM, including core HR, compensation, benefits, time tracking, and talent management modulesCollaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, and develop solutions that align with their business goalsConfigure and test Workday system functionality to support business processes and requirementsDevelop and maintain system documentation, including process flows, functional specifications, and test scriptsLead system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT)Provide end-user training and support, and serve as a point of contact for Workday-related inquiriesTroubleshoot and resolve system issues, and work with Workday support to escalate and resolve complex issuesStay current on Workday releases and updates, and make recommendations for system enhancements and improvementsParticipate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as neededQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fieldAt least 3 years of experience working with Workday HCM, preferably in a functional/analytical roleStrong understanding of HR processes and best practicesExperience with Workday configuration and business process designExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholdersStrong project management skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesWorkday HCM certification is a plusJoin Our Team:If you are a self-starter with a passion for Workday and a drive to help businesses succeed, we want to hear from you!
