We are seeking a Workday Financials Analyst with strong full lifecycle implementation experience to support a large-scale Workday Financials initiative. This is a hands-on functional role responsible for driving Finance system enhancements from design through go-live and post-production support.
You will partner closely with Finance stakeholders and play a critical role in configuration, testing, and deployment across key Workday Financials modules within a healthcare environment.

We are seeking a Workday Financials Analyst with strong full lifecycle implementation experience to support a large-scale Workday Financials initiative. This is a hands-on functional role responsible for driving Finance system enhancements from design through go-live and post-production support.
You will partner closely with Finance stakeholders and play a critical role in configuration, testing, and deployment across key Workday Financials modules within a healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support end-to-end implementation of Workday Financials, with a focus on:
- Core Financials
- Cash Management
- Fixed Assets
- Translate business requirements into functional designs and system configurations
- Execute and support testing efforts, including:
- Test script development
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Defect tracking and resolution
- Manage system enhancements and changes from initiation through deployment
- Collaborate closely with Finance leadership and stakeholders to deliver effective solutions
- Support reporting, documentation, and end-user training
- Workday Financials experience across:
- General Ledger
- Cash Management
- Accounts Payable
- Customer Accounts
- Fixed Assets
- Proven experience with full lifecycle Workday implementations
- Strong foundation in accounting principles and financial processes
- Hands-on experience with UAT, test scripts, and defect resolution
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- 4+ years of experience implementing Workday Financials
- Workday Financials Certification(s) preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead or contribute to end-to-end implementations
- Strong functional expertise (beyond technical configuration)
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders
- Prior experience in healthcare or a similar regulated industry preferred
- Large-scale Workday implementation within a healthcare organization
- Highly collaborative, stakeholder-driven environment
- Emphasis on both delivery and post-go-live support
