Workday Extend DeveloperImmediate need for a talented Workday Extend Developer. This is a 12+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Berkley Heights, NJ / Marietta, GA (Onsite). Pay Range: $65 - $73/hour.
Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and enhance Workday Extend applications to meet defined business requirementsBuild, support, and troubleshoot integrations using Workday Studio, APIs, EIB, XML, and XSLTDevelop and maintain Workday Reports supporting operational and business use casesParticipate in end-to-end SDLC activities, including requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and supportWork directly with end users and business teams to clarify requirements and deliver solutions efficientlyFollow Workday best practices for security, performance, and maintainabilityProvide production support, issue resolution, and documentation during the contract termKey Requirements and Technology Experience:Must have skills: Workday Studio, Workday Extend, XML and XSLT, SDLC.3–5 years of hands-on experience with Workday Extend developmentStrong experience with:Workday StudioWorkday ReportsEIBAPIsXML and XSLTRaaSSolid understanding of Workday integration architecture and enterprise systemsExperience delivering solutions in an SDLC-based or Agile environmentProven ability to collaborate with business users and technical teams in a fast-paced environmentSoftware development experience using Python, Java or C#Experience with Workday OrchestratePrior experience supporting production Workday environmentsFamiliarity with enterprise security and data governance standardsFocused on hands-on delivery and executionAbility to work independently with minimal ramp-upStrong communication and documentation skills required
