Job Description:
We are seeking a Workday Core HCM/Compensation Lead to support our client based in California.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and support Workday HCM and Compensation modules, including job profiles, organizations, compensation plans, eligibility rules, grades, and structures.
- Translate business, policy, and compensation requirements into compliant Workday configurations.
- Support design workshops, testing, data validation, and deployment activities.
- Partner with HR, compensation, and payroll stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize solutions.
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm's respectful and courteous work environment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university preferred.
- Certified in both Core HCM and Compensation required.
- Minimum 2 implementations led required.
- State & Local Government experience preferred.
- Healthcare experience preferred.
- Knowledge of California state laws, policies, and regulations preferred.
