We are looking for a Workday Business Systems Analyst to document current processes for their Enterprise Applications teams before their audit begins in June 2023.
The procedures are already in place.DutiesAnalyze and document currently implemented migration processesMeet with Enterprise Application managers to gather information, identify gaps, and document processes and procedures that are already in placeIdentify areas of migration and implementation that need to be “tightened up”Make recommendations for optimizing what may be unveiled to be “clunky” business processesCandidate must have magnificent written and verbal communication skillsStrong experience in Workday HCM and/or Workday Financials is mandatoryRequired Skills: Workday HCM and/or Finance Workday Business analysis Strong documentation skills Experience with multiple migrations
