- Workday Certification in Benefits
- 3-5 years + project implementation and/or minimum of 3+ full life cycle experience as Benefits Functional Lead
- Detailed understanding of Workday Benefits processes and best practices
- Ability to manage tight deadline, make decisions, learn quickly, and self-manage
- Proficient in Workday Methodology
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal). Ability to communication impactfully and to present at conference or a leadership audience
- Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
- Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time when needed
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in mentoring others
