Seeking an experienced Workday AP Finance Consultant to support dual system implementation projects while maintaining day-to-day AP operations for a leading healthcare organization.
We are looking for a seasoned Accounts Payable professional to join our team during a critical transition period involving Workday Financial implementation and Hyland Brainware upgrade projects. The ideal candidate will provide operational support, assist with testing, manage cutover activities, and deliver staff training while ensuring smooth day-to-day AP operations. This is a contract position expected to run through July 2023 or longer, with the option for remote work.
Requirements

• 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience in enterprise environments
• Strong expertise with Workday Financial Management, specifically AP modules
• Previous experience with PeopleSoft Finance
• Healthcare industry AP experience strongly preferred
• Experience with Hyland/Brainware document management systems a plus
• Proven track record in system implementation and upgrade projects
• Excellence in training and supporting end users
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
