Supporting the ongoing configuration and optimization of the Workday platform, the full-time remote Workday Analyst will lead system enhancements, provide operational support across multiple modules, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective business process design. Key responsibilities Lead configuration and ongoing optimization across Workday modules including HCM, Benefits, Payroll, and Recruiting Act as a senior escalation point for complex Workday issues, conducting root cause analysis and delivering long-term solutions Support Workday releases by performing impact analysis, coordinating testing, and assisting with deployment activities Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Three or more years of hands-on experience supporting and configuring Workday across multiple modules Strong understanding of Workday business processes and data relationships Workday certification in one or more modules strongly preferred Experience in a healthcare or multi-entity Workday environment preferred
