To support a growing team, the contract Workday Analyst will manage data loads, unit testing, and incident resolution while working remotely for a duration of 3 months with a possibility of extension. Key responsibilities: Perform Workday data loads using EIB, validate results, and report outcomes Unit test configurations, document evidence, and support UAT by resolving defects Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver configuration solutions Required qualifications: 5-8+ years of HRIS or HR operations experience, with 4+ years of hands-on Workday configuration Expertise in 3+ Workday modules, with Workday HCM required Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from requirements through delivery Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Preferred: Workday Pro certification across multiple modules
