About the job Work From Home Travel Specialist
We are looking for self-motivated, hard-working individuals to join our growing team of travel specialists. Whether you are new to the travel world or experienced - this could be for you! All training is provided, as well as team support and mentorship!
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to all clients
- Determining budget, travel needs, and travel interests for each set of clients
- Providing quotes and itineraries to clients
- Making payments on behalf of clients and maintaining confidentiality
- Providing all necessary travel documents to clients
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have reliable internet access, as well as access to a computer or laptop
- Must be a resident of the United States or Mexico
- Flexible schedule - part time or full time
- Fully remote, work from home
