What You’ll Do:

• Work from anywhere with a flexible schedule (full-time or part-time)
• Use warm, inbound leads—absolutely no cold calling
• Collaborate with a team and get support from experienced mentors
• Operate independently with self-discipline and integrity
• Help families secure protection plans tailored to their financial needs
• Must reside in the United States
• A self-motivated , disciplined, and goal-oriented individual
• Strong desire to succeed, grow , and make an impact
• Comfortable working independently without micromanagement
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right candidate
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Part-time- 32,000$/ year
• Full-time- 100,000$/ year
• Manager- over 200,000/ year
