The Gibbons Group is seeking a motivated and coachable individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. This is a remote opportunity with flexible full-time or part-time options.

This opportunity is within the life insurance and financial services industry. We help individuals and families find life insurance and financial protection solutions that fit their needs and goals.

What You'll Do

• Speak with prospective clients who have requested information

• Learn about clients' needs and financial priorities

• Explain available life insurance and living benefit options
n
• Present solutions based on each client's individual needs
n
• Build and maintain client relationships

• Follow up with prospective and existing clients
n
• Assist clients through the application process

• Utilize our training and support system

• Maintain accurate records and follow established requirements

We provide access to qualified direct-mail leads for agents who participate in our lead program. No cold calling is required.

Our agents have access to products from more than 25 industry-leading carriers, including Mutual of Omaha, Transamerica, and Foresters Financial.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain a life insurance license
n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
• Personable and comfortable working with people
n
• Self-motivated, dependable, and willing to learn
n
• Willing to utilize our training and support system
n

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with 100% performance-based compensation. There is no base salary or cap on earnings.

Potential earnings: $85,000–$145,000, based on production.

Additional incentives and bonuses may be available based on production.
