The Principal Operations Production Coordinator supports day to day learning programs and/or process improvements. They will facilitate and train to support learning initiatives, including planning and assisting with coordination of logistics, etc.Responsibilities:Training (70% of responsibilities)Create, approve, and facilitate training materials, programs, and agendasPartner with the Customer Channels Performance Solutions (CCPS) to bring across effective training updatesManage training schedules, agenda, and matrixMaintain training priorities dashboardProvide updates to key stakeholdersAuthoring (30% of responsibilities)Coordinating individual tasks as part of a broader process initiativeCollaborating within the team and across teamsDocumenting data and information and using analytics and reporting to provide transparency to decision makersTracking and resolving process breakdownsUnderstanding customer's needs of the process and driving process improvementsParticipate in team Agile ceremoniesProviding centralized oversight of the process and conducting regular process risk assessmentsAuthoring and Publishing Agent Procedure UpdatesThe Person:We are looking for individuals who excel in a team environment, have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to change quickly.
