Work-From-Home Nurse Practitioner (Remote – Flexible – New Grads Welcome)

Join NPHire as a remote Nurse Practitioner to provide primary and acute care through virtual visits.

Base pay range: $120.00/hr - $185.00/hr

Location: Remote (fully U.S. based, U.S. license required)

What You’ll Do

• Conduct virtual visits for common acute issues such as fever, cough, infections, and minor injuries.
• Provide primary care assessments, chronic care follow-ups, and routine check‑ins.
• Review labs, diagnostics, and patient messages through an integrated telehealth platform.
• Develop treatment plans, prescribe when appropriate, and ensure continuity of care.
• Document all encounters thoroughly in the EMR.
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical and operations team as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in at least one U.S. state.
• Multi‑state licensure (preferred but not required).
• Comfortable managing acute complaints and basic primary care.
• Strong communication and clinical decision‑making skills.
• Telehealth experience helpful; training available.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.
